摘 要:通过对省属高校公费师范生调查发现:省属高校公费师范生的教师职业认同处于中等偏上水平,职业情感认同水平最高,职业意志认同水平最低;教师职业认同在一年级与二、三、四年级之间存在显著差异,在性别上没有显著差异;职业意志认同存在显著的生源地差异;公费师范生的教师职业认同受到学校氛围、课程设置、政策满意度等多种因素的影响。为了提高公费师范生的培养质量,加强乡村教师队伍建设,应深化教育改革,加大乡村发展的扶持力度,进一步完善公费师范生的选拔机制与培养体系,优化地方高校公费师范生的课程与教学设计,提高公费师范生的教师职业认同水平。Through a survey of the state-financed students at a provincial normal university,the results are found as follows:state-financed students'teacher professional identity is at the upper-middle level;the level of their professional emotion is the highest and the level of their professional will is lowest;there exists statistically significant difference between freshmen and sophomores,juniors and seniors in terms of their teacher professional identity;no gender difference is found;there is significant difference in the professional will of students from different places;state-financed students'teacher professional identity are influenced by multiple factors,including school atmosphere,college curriculum,and policy satisfaction.In order to improve the quality of state-financed students at provincial normal universities and strengthen the construction of rural teachers'team,the education reform should be deepened,and the selection mechanism and cultivation system should be perfected.The curriculum and teaching design should be optimized,and the level of professional identity of state-financed students at normal universities should be enhanced.
