摘 要:实现乡村儿童教学公平,对于实现城乡教育公平、缓解城乡教育发展不平衡矛盾和服务乡村振兴战略均具有重要的价值意蕴。通过对浙江省Y县城乡三类学校教学起点差异性的调查与分析,发现当下我国乡村儿童在教学起点上存在事实上的不公平问题:乡村学校教学基础设施落后是乡村儿童教学起点不公平的外显问题,乡村学校教师能力素养偏低是乡村儿童教学起点不公平的内核问题,乡村家庭文化资本贫乏是乡村儿童教学起点不公平的文化问题。在乡村振兴背景下,要积极改善乡村学校的教学条件,为乡村儿童打造公平的教学;全面提升乡村教师能力素养,为乡村儿童打造有质量的教学;联动增加乡村家庭文化资本,为乡村儿童打造和谐的教学。The realization of rural children's fairness in teaching is of significant value for achieving fairness in urban and rural education,alleviating the contradiction of uneven education development between urban and rural areas,and serving the rural revitalization strategy.Through an investigation and analysis of the differences in the starting points of the three types of schools in the urban and rural areas of Y County,Zhejiang Province,it is found that unfairness does exist in the starting point of teaching for rural children in our country.Poor education infrastructure is apparent backwardness of rural education,but the core problem lies in the low competence of rural school teachers.In addition,the poor cultural capital in rural families is the cultural root of the unfair starting point of rural children's teaching.In view of these,in the context of rural revitalization,it is of great necessity to actively improve the teaching conditions of rural schools and create fair teaching for rural children;comprehensively improve the competence of rural teachers and create quality teaching for rural children;and interconnectedly increase the cultural capital of rural families,and create harmonious teaching for rural children.
