摘 要:国家能力是实现国家现代化的支撑力量,乡村教育现代化作为乡村振兴战略和教育现代化的基石,与国家能力存在耦合关系。一方面,乡村教育的艰巨性、复杂性和长期性对国家能力具有现实诉求;另一方面,乡村教育现代化是国家能力的价值彰显。新中国成立以来,乡村教育现代化进程中的国家能力经历了正式介入、系统介入和深度介入三个阶段,介入的层次及质量逐渐提升,乡村教育现代化对国家能力也提出了更高要求。新时代乡村教育现代化的深入推进需要国家坚持价值引领,明确乡村教育现代化的精神导向;落实制度建设,完善乡村教育现代化的政策保障;加强利益调和,构建乡村教育现代化的稳定机制;强化专业服务,夯实乡村教育现代化的基础条件。National capacity is the supporting force for the realization of a nation's modernization.As the cornerstone of rural revitalization strategy and education modernization,rural education modernization has a coupling relationship with national capacity.On the one hand,the arduous,complex and long-term nature of rural education have realistic demands on national capacity.On the other hand,rural education modernization is a manifestation of the value of national capacity.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949,the national capacity has undergone three stages in the process of rural education modernization:formal intervention,systemic intervention,and deep intervention.With the level and quality of intervention having been gradually raised,the modernization of rural education has also put forward higher requirements for national capacity.The in-depth advancement of rural education modernization in the new era requires the state to:adhere to value guidance and clarify the spiritual orientation of rural education modernization;implement system construction and improve policy guarantees for rural education modernization;strengthen interest reconciliation and build a stable mechanism for rural education modernization;strengthen professional services and lay a solid foundation for the modernization of rural education.
