摘 要:对地方院校师范生的调查表明,师范生在专业承诺、学习适应性和成就动机等方面处于中等水平。不同年级、专业、生源地和就读意愿的师范生在专业承诺方面存在显著差异。其中,规范承诺因子的水平最高,理想承诺因子的水平最低。这意味着,师范生对专业责任具有较深刻的认识,但还没有将个人理想很好地融入国家教育发展战略。师范生的专业承诺与学习适应性、成就动机之间呈显著正相关,学习动机、学习能力、学习态度、追求成功动机和避免失败动机能够显著地预测专业承诺水平。提高教师教育的有效性应当从几个方面入手:加强专业学习指导,提高师范生学习适应性;促进专业素养发展,增强师范生成就动机;强化专业认同教育,提升师范生专业承诺水平。The investigation of the normal university students in local universities shows that some elements are at a medium level,which are the professional commitment,learning adaption and achievement motivation.There are significant differences in the professional commitment of normal university students in different grades,majors,origins and study intentions.The level of normative commitment factor is the highest,while the level of ideal commitment factor is the lowest.This means that normal university students have gained a profound understanding of the social responsibility of their major,but their personal ideals have not been well integrated into the national strategy for education development.The professional commitment of normal students is significantly related to learning adaptation and achievement motivation.Normal university students learning motivation,learning ability,learning attitude,motivation of pursuing success and avoiding failure can significantly predict their professional commitment.In order to improve the effectiveness of teacher education,at first,professional learning guidance should be strengthened to improve the learning adaptation of normal university students.Secondly,the development of professional competency should be promoted to increase the achievement motivation of normal students.Finally,education of the identity with the major should be intensified to enhance the level of professional commitment.
