摘  要:与普通院校教学不同,高职院校的人才培养侧重于技能,现代学徒制的引入,契合了高职院校的教学需求,因此现代学徒制“双主体”人才培养模式的建立,符合当前高职百万扩招教学的要求。然而在高职汽修专业现代学徒制“双主体”人才培养模式教学过程中,发现仍存在一些问题,如课程内容不符合现代学徒制要求、人才培养管理制度不完善、双导师队伍建设不足等,不利于高素质人才的培养。由此,结合当前高职汽修企业的人才需求,提出针对性地教学改革措施,以进一步促进现代学徒制“双主体”人才培养模式的落实,提高高职人才培养质量。Different from teaching in ordinary colleges,the training of talents in higher vocational colleges focuses on skills.The introduction of modern apprenticeship meets the teaching needs of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,the establishment of the“dual subject”talent training model of modern apprenticeship,meets the requirements of the current higher vocational education with one million enrollment expansion.However,in the teaching process of the“dual main body”talent training model of the modern apprenticeship system for higher vocational auto repair majors,some problems occur.For example,the course content does not meet the requirements of the modern apprenticeship,the talent training management system is not perfect,and the dual tutor team is insufficient,which is not conducive to the cultivation of high-quality talents.Therefore,combined with the current talent needs of higher vocational auto repair enterprises,targeted teaching reform measures are proposed to further promote the implementation of the modern apprenticeship"dual subject"talent training model and improve the quality of higher vocational talent training.
