摘　　要：高职院校专业理论课堂存在学生积极性不高、上课注意力不集中等问题,为了更好地提高理论课堂的教学效果,借鉴企业人力资源管理六大模块,即人力资源规划、招聘与配置、培训与开发、薪酬福利管理、劳动关系管理在企业人事管理中的有效应用,研究企业人力资源管理在高职理论课堂中如何进行应用,运用这六个模块对学生听课、考勤、纪律、积极性等方面进行约束和激励,从而更好地管理学生听课状态,激发学生听课兴趣,并对研究过程进行总结改进。Some problems exist in the specialized theory classroom in higher vocational colleges.In order to improve the teaching management effect of theory classroom in higher vocational colleges,we should learn from the effective application of six modules of enterprise human resources management in the personnel management,that is,human resources planning,recruitment and allocation,training and development,salary and welfare management,and labor relations management.This paper studies the application of enterprise human resources management in higher vocational theory classroom,and employs these six modules to restrict and motivate students'attention in class,attendance,discipline and enthusiasm,so as to better manage students'state in class,stimulate students'interest in class,and summarize and improve the research process.
