摘 要:全美幼教协会致力于通过专业认证来提升教师教育的质量。全美幼教协会教师教育专业认证体系形成的历程及其目前的运行框架体现出四个特点:坚持基于证据的发展性评价观;贯彻以学生为中心的认证理念;形成兼顾培养结果和过程、层次分明的认证标准体系;实现行业认证与行政性认证互相补充。这对于我国学前教育专业认证带来多方面的启示:突出学生中心的认证理念,优化分级标准;将行政性的认证和专业性的认证结合起来;同步推进高等教育机构的专业认证和学前教育机构的专业认证。NAEYC is committed to promoting the quality of teacher through accreditation.Based on an analysis of the history,and main types of the accreditation system,it finds that the accreditation adheres to an evidence-based development evaluation view,and a student-centered idea as well.At the same time,a distinct standard system is formed to evaluate training quality,and in the accreditation process,the professional accreditation is combined with administrative accreditation.It brings many inspirations to us.First,highlight the student-centered idea,and improve the baseline and classification of the standard.Secondly,try to combine administrative accreditation and professional accreditation.Thirdly,promote the higher education accreditation and pre-school education institution accreditation simultaneously.
