摘 要:目的探讨“互联网+”混合式教学模式在护理学基础课程中的应用效果。方法选取某高等院校2016、2017级本科护生493名,以年级为单位进行分组,干预组259名,对照组234名。在护理学基础课程教学中,对照组采取传统教学方法,干预组借助超星学习通、微信群、QQ群等平台,实施“互联网+”混合式教学模式,课程教学后比较两组的学习投入和教学效果。结果干预组护生学习成绩、学习投入得分高于对照组(P<0.01),除临床人际沟通、促进知识理解、考核方式外,对其他方面的教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论“互联网+”混合式教学模式有利于提高本科护生的学习成绩、学习投入及教学满意度。Objective To discuss the effect of"Internet+"mixed teaching mode in Fundamental Nursing.Methods A selection of 493 undergraduate nursing students were divided into two groups by grade,with 259 in the intervention group and 234 in the control group.In Fundamental Nursing,the control group were given traditional teaching methods,and the intervention group received the"Internet+"mixed teaching mode.Learning engagement and teaching effects were compared after teaching.Results The academic record,learning engagement in the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).In the teaching satisfaction,scorcs were better than those of the control group(P<0.01),except clinical interpersonal communication,knowledge understanding promotion and assessment methods.Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the"Internet+"mixed teaching mode effectively increases academic record,learing engagement,and teaching satisfaction of undergraduate nursing students.
