摘  要:目的探究与分析SP结合PBL对妇产科实习生教学的影响。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月专科学生150名作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为SP组、PBL组及SP+PBL组,n=50,对比3组教学效果、教学考核成绩。结果SP+PBL组相比于SP组与PBL组而言,课堂兴趣、教学形式满意度、教师满意度、接诊处理能力、知识掌握程度评分均较高,基础知识得分、临床综合能力得分、总成绩相比评分均较高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SP结合PBL应用于妇产科实习生教学工作中能够有效提高妇产科实习生的教学效果。Objective To explore and analyze the influence of SP combined with PBL on the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology interns.Methods 150 students from our school from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into SP group,PBL group and SP+PBL group,with 50 interns in each group.The teaching effects of the three groups and teaching assessment results between the two groups was compared.Results Compared with SP group and PBL group,SP+PBL group had higher interest in classroom interest,teaching form satisfaction,teacher satisfaction,receiving treatment ability and knowledge mastery degree,basic knowledge score and clinical comprehensive ability score.The scores of the total scores were higher,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SP combined with PBL can effectively improve the teaching effect of obstetrics and gynecology interns.
