摘　　要：职业教育注重培养学生的实践技能,但高职轮机工程技术专业毕业生在实际工作岗位中仍然存在一些问题。基于此,从高职航海类毕业生存在的问题入手,通过梳理其专业船舶电工工艺与电气设备实训课程内容,分析实训室建设管理的现状与问题,对高职院校轮机工程技术专业船舶电工工艺实训室的建设管理提出了对策建议。Vocational education focuses on the cultivation of students’practical skills,but there are still some problems in the practical work of graduates of marine engineering technology.This paper starts with the problems existing in the marine engineering graduates of higher vocational colleges,analyzes the current situation and problems of the construction and management of the training room by combing the contents of the professional ship electrical technology and electrical equipment training course,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and management of the marine electrical technology training room of the marine engineering technology specialty in higher vocational colleges.
