摘 要:该文提出了以实践教学体系为核心、实践教学平台为基础、师资队伍为关键和管理体制为保障的工程训练中心建设框架,构建了由工程认知实践、工程基础实践、工程综合实践和创新创业实践组成的4个层次的工程训练实践教学体系,并围绕工程训练实践教学条件、师资队伍和管理体制建设等关键问题进行了详细讨论。实践结果表明,工程训练中心在培养学生的实践能力、探究精神、创新思维和工程综合素质方面效果明显。The construction framework of the engineering training center is proposed in this paper which includes the practice teaching system of engineering training as the core, the practice teaching facilities as the basis, the teaching team as the key and the management system as the guarantee. The four level practice teaching system on engineering training is constructed, which consists of engineering cognition practice, engineering basis practice, engineering comprehensive practice and innovative and entrepreneurial practice. Some important issues on the construction of the practice teaching platform on engineering training, teaching team and management system are discussed in detail. The practice results show that the engineering training center has obvious effect in training students’ practical ability, inquiry spirit, innovative thinking and engineering comprehensive quality.
