摘 要:教师胜任力是指优秀教师区别于普通教师的个体潜在特征,其研究对教师专业发展具有启示作用。研究采用行为事件访谈法访谈了27位中职教师,并对访谈所获文本资料进行内容主题分析和行为编码,分析优秀绩效组与普通绩效组中职教师的差异,构建了中职教师胜任力模型。结果显示,优秀绩效组中职教师具有成就导向、分析性思维、共情能力、教育诊断、主动性、教育激励、收集信息、管理监控能力、教育合力、灵活性、组织领导力、服务学生、问题解决13项胜任力特征。Teachers’ competency refers to the potential characteristics of outstanding teachers that differ from those of ordinary teachers,and its research has an enlightening effect on teacher professional development.This study adopted the behavioral event interview method to interview 27 secondary vocational teachers,and conducted content theme analysis and behavior coding on the text materials obtained from the interviews.The difference between outstanding teacher group and ordinary teacher group was analyzed and a teachers’ competency model was constructed.The results showed that the outstanding secondary vocational teachers revealed 13 characteristics including achievement orientation,analytical thinking,empathy ability,education diagnosis,initiative,education incentive,information collection,management and monitoring capability,education synergy,flexibility,leadership,service to students,and problem solving.
