文化共享视角下传统医学与现代知识融合探析——以西南民族医教体系为例

摘　　要：基于文化共享理念,对西南民族医疗传承体系进行分析,认为如壮、苗、瑶等西南民族地区的医疗传承体系虽不及西医完善与丰富,但在长期发展中已具有“重实践、多理论、重师传”的传统。进一步加强对其文化机理研究,探索民族医教田野方法、知识体系、教育体系与现代知识融合途径,能够更好地培养出适应当代社会需求的人才。充分践行民族医疗文化“美美与共”的多元包容理念,并将之与当代知识体系相融合,可以借此应对新兴社会健康问题的挑战。Based on the perspective of cultural sharing,this paper analyzes the medical inheritance systems in southwest minority areas,such as Zhuang,Miao,Yao etc.,which are far less systematic and methodical than western medicine,but features with field-work implementation,multi-theories and conventional instructions.Further strengthening the research on these cultural mechanism,exploring the integration of field-work methods,theoretical framework,educational system,we can better cultivate students to meet the needs of contemporary society,fully practice the inclusive concept of"beauties on sharing"in medical culture,and cope with the challenges of emerging social health problems together with the contemporary knowledge system.
