摘  要:目的观察传统的板书配合课件教学模式在《中医急诊学》课堂中对中医本科生急诊思维培养的影响。方法连续2年对广州中医药大学境外班2014级与2015级共224位学生,随机对不同章节应用板书+课件教学(板书组)或课件教学(课件组)的教学模式,设置相关期末试卷考核,选取板书组与课件组对应的题目得分率进行配对比较。结果2014级、2015级板书组与课件组之间总得分率差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);在2014级单选题、多选题、问答题中,两组得分率差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),其中板书组在简答题有优势,课件组在客观题有优势。结论两种教学模式在考核中有各自的优势。多媒体课件教学适用传递大量信息,板书教学适用培养中医本科生急诊思维。我们需要在《中医急诊学》课堂教学中运用传统的板书配合课件教学有机结合的教学模式,从而提高中医本科教学质量。Objective:To explore the influence of blackboard writing and courseware teaching mode on the emergency clinical decision training of Chinese Medicine college students in the course of Science of Emergency of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:A total of 224 students from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in the 2014 and 2015 overseas classes were recruited and randomly divided into the blackboard writing+courseware(blackboard group)and the courseware(courseware group)according to different teaching methods.The scoring rate-setting relevant final exam papers for the assessment were selected for pairing comparison.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the total score rate between the blackboard group and the courseware group in the grade 2014 and 2015 respectively(all P<0.05).In grade 2014,single-choice,multiple-choice,and short-answer questions,the scores rates between these two groups were statistically different(both P<0.05).Among them,the blackboard group had an advantage in short-answer questions,and the courseware group had a power in objective questions.Conclusion:These two teaching modes have their advantages in the assessment.The courseware teaching is suitable for transmitting a large amount of information,and the blackboard writing is good at training the emergency thinking of TCM undergraduates.We need to use the combination of blackboard writing and courseware teaching method in the classroom teaching of Science of Emergency of Traditional Chinese Medicine to improve the quality of college student Chinese medicine teaching.
