摘  要:职教课堂是深化产教融合、培育德技双修的技术技能人才的首要阵地。有效职教课堂的内涵包括以职业发展的教、育、学为目标,以工作诀窍知识为核心,以学生参与为中心。有效职教课堂的特征包括以“工作轴”为主线,以“知识轴”为支撑,以“结构化”为组织,以“学思做”为策略。遵循有效职教课堂的构建原则,借鉴有效教学模型(以下简称“BOPPPS模型”),可以构建凸显职业能力与专业知识相融合的有效职教课堂。The classroom teaching in vocational education plays a primary role in deepening the integration of industry and education as well as cultivating talents equipped with professional skills and personal integrity.The effective classroom teaching of vocational education is a student-centered classroom focusing on professional knowledge and tricks and aiming for teaching,educating and learning.It is characterized by taking“job”as the focus,“knowledge”as the support,“structure”as the organization,and“learning-thinkingpractice”as the strategy.In line with the principle of effective teaching,the effective classroom teaching in vocational education with equal emphasis on professional skills and academic knowledge can be realized by drawing on BOPPPS model.
