摘  要:对41例女性乳腺癌患者带毛囊毛发线粒体DNA的编码区ATP基因(ATP6和ATP8)进行测序,对比45例正常人群线粒体DNA基因序列,采用统计学分析软件筛选具有统计学差异的突变位点,共检测到ATP基因突变位点25个,其中在ATP6亚基上共发现18个(72%)基因突变,其中8584G-A、8701A-G、8794C-T、8860A-G、8865G-A、8964C-T、9053G-A、9180A-G位点具有统计学差异(P<0.05);ATP8亚基上发现7个(28%)基因突变,其中8414C-T具有统计学差异(P<0.05).结果表明,ATP基因突变与乳腺癌具有显著相关性,ATP基因突变可作为一种潜在的特异性分子标记,对乳腺癌早期诊断具有重要意义.The coding region ATP genes(ATP6 and ATP8)of the mitochondrial DNA of hair with hair follicles in 41 breast cancer patients were sequenced.The mitochondrial DNA gene sequences of 45 normal people were compared,and statistical analysis software was used to screen the mutation sites with statistical differences.25 ATP gene mutation sites were detected,of which 18(72%)gene mutations were found on the ATP6 subunit.Among them,G8584A,A8701G,C8794T,A8860G,G8865A,C8964T,G9053A,A9180G sites have statistical differences(P<0.05);7(28%)gene mutations were found on the ATP8 subunit,among which C8414T was statistically different(P<0.05).The results showed that ATP gene mutation has a significant correlation with breast cancer,which can be used as a potential specific molecular marker and has important significance for the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
