摘 要:目的分析探讨多元智能理论在妇产科临床实习教学中的应用。方法将2017年8月—2019年6月期间至医院妇产科临床实习的100名实习医生作为研究主体,按照不同教学模式分组,观察组(50名)接受多元智能理论指导下临床教学,对照组(50名)接受传统教学模式教学,评价对比教学效果。结果观察组理论知识得分、妇科诊疗技能得分、妇科专业治疗技能成绩与对照组相较均明显较高(P <0.05);观察组实习医生急救动手能力、病情观察判断能力、应急配合能力得分均明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组实习医生对实习教学模式各评价项目的满意人数占比均明显高于对照组,数据对比有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论多元智能理论指导下的妇产科实习教学模式可明显的提升实习医生的应急能力、应急配合技能与对教学模式各评价项目的满意度。Objective To analyze and discuss the application of theory of multiple intelligences in clinical practice teaching of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods A total of 100 interns from August 2017 to June 2019 were divided into groups according to different teaching models.The observation group(50)received clinical teaching under the guidance of theory of multiple intelligences,the control group(50)accepted the traditional teaching mode and evaluated the teaching effect.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,gynecological diagnosis and treatment skills and gynecological professional treatment skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of first aid skill,condition observation and judgment ability and emergency cooperation ability of interns in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The proportion of interns in the observation group satisfied with the evaluation items of practice teaching mode were significantly higher than the control group,the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching model of obstetrics and gynecology practice under the guidance of the theory of multiple intelligences can obviously improve the emergency response ability,emergency coordination nursing skills and the satisfaction of the evaluation items of the teaching model.
