摘　　要：基于高职院校学生思想政治教育的工作困境,探讨新时代“大思政”背景下高职院校辅导员创新思想政治教育的工作路径。指出辅导员应践行核心职责,注意思想政治教育与时代元素融合,做好价值引领和理想信念教育;转变观念挖掘育人元素,学生事务性工作以思想政治教育为落脚点;以网络载体创新思想政治教育工作机制,提高思想政治教育的实效性。Based on the dilemma of ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges,this paper explored how to innovate the working path of ideological and political education for counselors in higher vocational colleges under the horizon of“General Ideological and Political Education”in the new era.It is pointed out that in practicing the core duties of counselors,the ideological and political education should be integrated with the elements of the times,the value guidance and the ideal and belief education should be well carried out.Ideas should be changed and the elements of educating students should be explored.Students transactional work should be underpinned by ideological and political education.The working mechanism should be innovated by ideological and political education with the network carrier so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
