摘　　要：腹腔镜的出现标志着微创外科的发展进入了一个新阶段,而21世纪以来达芬奇手术机器人的问世为微创外科注入了新生机、新活力。目前达芬奇机器人微创外科在经历10多年的发展后已经日臻成熟,其与传统腹腔镜手术相比,具有操作灵活、精准,学习曲线较短,稳定性较强等优势,可在保障手术效果的同时保护盆底自主神经功能,提高患者术后生活质量,但也发现了达芬奇手术机器人存在视野相对局限,手术费用高、力学反馈少等问题,其中手术费用高是限制其临床推广应用的主要问题。目前第四代的手术机器人有望通过技术革新、与单孔腹腔镜技术联合等方式逐步扩展临床应用,提升结直肠癌的临床治疗效果,现就第四代达芬奇手术机器人在结直肠癌手术中的应用研究进展综述如下。The emergence of laparoscopy opens a new door in the development of minimally invasive surgery.Since the 21st century,the advent of Da Vinci surgical robot has injected new vitality into minimally invasive surgery.At present,after more than ten years of development,Da Vinci robot radical resection of rectal cancer has become mature.Compared with traditional laparoscopic surgery,it has the advantages of flexible operation,accurate operation,short learning curve and strong stability,which can protect the pelvic floor autonomic nerve function and improve the quality of life of patients.However,shortages of Da Vinci’s surgical robot,such as relatively limited vision,lack of mechanical feedback and high surgical cost which is the main problem that limits its clinical application,were also found.At present,the fourth generation of surgical robot is expected to gradually expand clinical application and enhance the clinical efficacy of colorectal cancer treatment by means of technological innovation and combination with single hole laparoscopic technology.The application and research progress of the fourth generation Da Vinci surgical robot in colorectal cancer surgery is summarized as follows.
