浅论道家思想对中医养生的影响

摘　　要：医道同源互生,道家思想对中医学的影响巨大。道法自然是道家思想的主格调,恬淡虚无、冲气为和、阴阳和谐的追求构成了道家思想的重要内容。本文从道法自然的养生观出发,分析总结了中医顺时、顺处养生理念;随后从虚无无为、阴阳和谐、崇阴尚柔等道家哲学思想归纳出中医虚无、和谐、尚柔的养生原则,以及宁心定志、饮食调养、导引吐纳、调畅情志、形神兼修的养生方法,这些无不与道家的思想紧密融合。道家哲学在中医养生学的形成发展中有举足轻重的地位,不仅指导了中医养生原则和理论的形成,中医养生的许多方法和具体手段也是直接来源于道家。对于道家思想和道学理论的挖掘和深入研究,必能有助于丰富和发展中医养生理论体系,创新养生方法,促进大众对摄生保健、益寿延年的认知。Taoism has great influence on traditional Chinese medicine.Tao follow the nature is the main thought of Taoism.The pursuit of tranquility,nihility and harmony of yin and yang constitute the important content of Taoist thought.This paper analyzed and summarized the concept of keeping in good time and good place of TCM from the view of keeping in good health of Taoism and nature.Then,from the Taoism philosophy of nihility,harmony and softness of TCM,as well as the health preservation methods of peaceful mind and determination,diet and recuperation,guidance and absorption,adjustment of emotion and spirit,and maintenance of form and spirit,all of which are closely integrated with Taoist thought.Taoist philosophy plays an important role in the information and development of health maintenance of TCM,which not only guides the information of principles and theories of health maintenance of TCM,but also directly derives many methods and specific means of health maintenance of TCM.The excavation and in-depth study of Taoist thought and Taoist theory will be helpful to further enrich and develop the theoretical system of TCM health preservation,innovating health preservation methods,and promoting the public’s cognition of health preservation and longevity.
