摘　　要：Breast cancer,which bears high incidence and mortality rate,is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the female around the world.Approximately 70%of breast cancer cases express estrogen receptor.17a-hydroxylase/17,20-lyase(CYP17)belonging to cytochrome P450 enzyme family,is the key enzyme for estrogen synthesis.
