摘 要:高校"思政课程"与"课程思政"协同育人是一个系统工程,在实行过程中面临着现实困境,如思政课教学效果不理想、各类课程教师水平不均衡、协同育人顶层设计不够完善等,应从学科教学体系和制度管理体系两方面构建高校"思政课程"与"课程思政"协同育人体系,形成全员全程全方位育人的大思政格局。It is a systematic project that"ideological and political courses"and"curriculum politics"collaborate with each other to educate students.However,in the process of implementation,there are practical difficulties,such as the unsatisfactory teaching effect of Ideological and political courses,the unbalanced quality of teachers in various courses,and the imperfect top-level design of collaborative education.Through the analysis,it is necessary to construct the collaborative education system of"ideological and political courses"and"curriculum politics"from two aspects,the subject teaching system and the institutional management system to finally form a comprehensive ideological and political education pattern of the whole staff.
