摘 要:研究生的教育水平和质量很大程度体现了国家现代化高素质、高层次创新型人才培养的水平,而研究生的课题实践活动是培养研究生科研思维、创新能力、科研协作、检验基础知识掌握程度和应用能力等综合素质教育工程必不可少的组成部分。本课题实践活动,旨在培养他们的科研思维、探索精神、科研管理能力和科研执行力等综合科研素质;使其认识科研协作、“医、教、研、学”综合型人才和基础专业知识重要性;探索多学科、跨学科的交融与互补是其可持续发展的关键。课题实践促进教育,教育成效检验课题成果;课题实践促进学生全面发展和可持续发展,是丰富实践育人的有效载体。The level and quality of postgraduate students'education largely reflects the level of a nation's modernization and nurture of the high-quality talents of innovation.Project-based teaching method plays an indispensable role of comprehensive education to examine postgraduates'basic knowledge and application ability,which can develop their research thinking,the ability of innovation and cooperation and so forth.The project-based teaching method adopted in this study aims to develop graduates'scientific research qualities such as scientific research thinking,spirit of exploration,management and executive ability,so that they may realize the importance of basic professional knowledge and how to be a well-rounded talent with the capability of learning,teaching,research and practicing medicine.In this study,the adopted project-based teaching method can effectively promote teaching and its effect is tested by the achievement of the planned project.Meanwhile,the project-based teaching method is an effective approach to promote the all-round and sustainable development of graduates and the key of the development of this method in the future lies in the multidisciplinary integration and complementary.
