摘  要:研究生教育是我国高等教育人才培养的高级层次,医学研究生作为其中一类独特的群体,以培养较高科研素养和临床技能的高端临床医师为培养目标,随着"双轨合一"培养模式的广泛开展,医学研究生教育的不足日益显现。O2O教学理念是借鉴美国电子商务利用互联网使线下商品或服务与线上相结合的商业模式,依托互联网和大数据技术,将线上教学与线下教学相结合的一种新型教学形式。2019年—2020年本研究在中医外科学研究生培养模式上进行了一些创新,基于O2O理念培养医学研究生多元化智能,结合中医外科学研究生的临床教学对教学方案进行重新设计、实施,取得了比较满意的效果。Postgraduate education is the advanced level of personnel training in higher education in our country.As one of the unique groups,medical graduate students take the cultivation of high-end clinicians with higher scientific research literacy and clinical skills as the training goal.With the extensive development of the"two-track integration"training mode,the deficiency of medical graduate education is increasingly apparent.O2O teaching idea is a new teaching form which combines online teaching with offline teaching by using the Internet to combine offline goods or services with online business model,relying on the Internet and big data technology.From 2019 to 2020,we have made some innovations in the training mode of graduate students in traditional Chinese medicine surgery,based on the O2O concept to cultivate the diversified intelligence of medical graduate students,combined with the clinical teaching of graduate students in traditional Chinese medicine surgery to redesign and implement the teaching plan,and achieved relatively satisfactory results.
