摘 要:目的了解情景模拟教学法在“基础护理学”实践教学中的应用效果及其影响因素,为进一步优化教学提供参考。方法整群抽取2016级护理本科生295名为对照组,采用传统教学法;2017级护理本科生219名为实验组,采用情景模拟教学法。课程结束后,比较两组学生的理论知识、实践技能考核成绩,问卷调查实验组学生对情景模拟教学质量的评价。结果实验组理论知识和实践技能考核各项成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。情景模拟教学质量的总评分为(82.65±10.51)分。多元线性回归分析显示,课前设立学习目标和对模拟课程重视程度对情景模拟教学有显著影响(P<0.001)。结论情景模拟教学法在“基础护理学”实践教学中的应用效果较好,影响教学质量的主要因素是学生是否课前设立学习目标和对模拟课程的重视程度。Objective To analyze the effect and influencing factors of situational simulation teaching method in basic nursing practice teaching and provide reference for further optimization of teaching.Methods 295 nursing undergraduates enrolled in 2016 were chosen as the control gr-oup,and traditional teaching method was given to them.219 nursing undergraduates enrolled in 2017 were selected in the experimental group,and situational simulation teaching method was ado-pted in their teaching.After the course,theoretical knowledge score and practical skill test score of the two groups were compared,and queationnaire survey was conducted to the experimental gr-oup to collect their evaluation of quality of situational simulation teaching method.Results Sco-res of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of situational simulation teaching quality was(82.65±10.51).Multiple linear regression analysis sho-wed that setting learning objectives before class and paying attention to simulation courses had a significant impact on the score of situational simulation teaching(P<0.001).Conclusion Situa-tional simulation teaching method performed well in basic nursing practice teaching.The main fa-ctors that affect the teaching quality includes whether students set learning objectives before class and their attention to the simulation course.
