摘　　要：面对当前我国高等教育大众化下大力发展职业教育的人才培养现状,培育应用型人才成为我国高等教育发展的又一大着力点。通过对美国、加拿大、德国、英国、日本和澳大利亚六个国家在应用型人才培养过程中的办学目标、专业设置、课程开发、教学方式、校企合作等方面的深入分析,总结六个国家应用型人才培养的特点,旨在为我国应用型人才培养提供参考经验。In the face of the current situation of talents training in vocational education under the popularization of higher education in China,cultivating applied talents has become another focus of higher education development.Through the in-depth analysis of the process of applied talents training target,major setting,curriculum development,teaching methods,university-enterprise cooperation in the United States,Canada,Germany,Britain,Japan and Australia,the characteristics of the six countries applied talents training are summarized,aiming to provide a reference for our applied talents training experience.
