摘 要:基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,建立地铁车辆-梯形轨枕轨道动力学模型,计算分析了地铁列车以140,160,220 km/h通过直线和曲线地段梯形轨枕轨道时的轮轨动力作用及安全性指标、车辆动力性能及平稳性指标、轨道结构动力特性,并研究了不同速度条件下列车通过小半径曲线地段时欠超高对车辆和梯形轨枕轨道结构动力性能的影响。结果表明:随着速度的增大,车辆在直线和曲线地段的运行安全性、平稳性均会降低,轨道结构的动力响应增大;车速对曲线地段车辆运行平稳性、轨道结构的横向位移和横向振动加速度影响更明显。地铁列车以160 km/h在梯形轨枕轨道上运行时,行车安全性及平稳性、轮轨动力作用、轨道动力响应均满足规范要求。Based on the theory of vehicle-track coupling dynamics,the dynamic model of metro vehicle-trapezoidal sleeper track was established,the calculation and analysis of the wheel rail dynamic action and safety index,vehicle dynamic performance and stability index,track structure dynamic characteristics were carried out for metro train when the train passes through the trapezoidal sleeper track in straight line and curve section with the speed of 140,160,220 km/h,and the influence of deficient superlevation on the dynamic performance of vehicle and trapezoidal sleeper track structure when the train passes through the small radius curve section at different speeds was studied.The results show that with the increase of speed,the running safety and stability of vehicle in straight line and curve section will decrease,and the dynamic response of track structure will increase.The influence of vehicle speed on vehicle running stability,transverse displacement and transverse vibration acceleration of track structure in curve section are more obvious.When the metro train runs on the trapezoidal sleeper track at the speed of 160 km/h,the running safety and stability,wheel rail dynamic action and track dynamic response all meet the specification requirements.
