摘　　要：目的将“一对一”系统教学法应用在中医妇科研究生的专业培养过程中,拟评价在中医妇科研究生培养过程中使用“一对一”教学模式的教学效果。方法以长春中医药大学2015、2016、2017级妇科研究生共60名为主要研究对象,临床科室为妇科,将60名随机等分为2组,分为实验组及对照组,采用传统的跟随导师临床学习和“一对一”系统教学法分别进行培养,将二者的主观评价(调查问卷)及客观评价(理论考试和技能考试成绩)进行统计分析。结果实验组学生理论考试成绩和技能成绩均优于对照组。“一对一”系统教学法比传统教学模式更受学生欢迎。结论“一对一”系统教学法对于中医妇科研究生专科培养提出了创新的教学模式,能够让学生根据自身实际情况,进行自主化学习,提高了中医妇科研究生临床分析解决问题能力。实践证实“一对一”系统教学法是一种能够获得良好教学效果的、值得进一步实施与推广的、有效的教学方法和手段。This topic applies one-to-one systematic teaching method in the professional training process of TCM gynecology graduate students,and intends to evaluate the teaching effect of using one-to-one teaching mode in the training process of TCM gynecology graduate students.Methods changchun university of Chinese medicine grade 2017 graduate students of department of gynaecology in grade 2015,2016,60 people as the main object of study,clinical department of gynecology,60 people randomly divided into two groups,such as divided into observation group and control group,one group used the traditional follow mentor clinical study,another set of application of the one-to-one teaching system for training respectively,the two groups of subjective evaluation(questionnaire)and objective evaluation(test theories and skills test scores)were analyzed.Results The theoretical and technical scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.The one-to-one system teaching method is more popular among students than the traditional model.Conclusion The one-to-one systematic teaching method puts forward an innovative teaching mode for the training of TCM gynecology postgraduates,which enables students to conduct independent learning according to their own actual conditions and improves the clinical analysis and problem solving ability of TCM gynecology postgraduates.Practice has proved that one-to-one systematic teaching method is an effective teaching method and means worthy of further implementation and promotion which can obtain good teaching effect.
