摘　　要："高自杀风险"大学生不认同保密例外是高校心理咨询实践中的难题,严重伤害咨访关系,不利于日后开展心理援助。"高自杀风险"大学生不认同保密例外与危机状态下的心力委顿、污名化与病耻感、对学校和家长的不信任这三个方面有密切关系。心理咨询师在实施保密例外之前要按照知情同意的原则,选择合适时机,从抑郁发作的危险性、社会支持的重要性、心理危机干预管理制度、保密例外的范围和内容这几个方面来说服"高自杀风险"大学生接受并认同保密例外。College students with“high suicide risk”do not agree the exception of confidentiality,which is a difficult problem in the practice of psychological counseling in colleges and universities.It seriously hurts the relationship between counseling and visits and is not conducive to the future development of psychological assistance.That college students with“high suicide risk”do not agree the confidentiality exception is closely related to the stress in the crisis,stigmatization and stigma,and distrust of the school and parents.Before implementing the confidential exception,the psychological counselor should choose the right time according to the principle of informed consent,from the aspects of the risk of depression,the importance of social support,the psychological crisis intervention management system,the scope and content of the confidential exception to persuade college students with“high suicide risk”to accept and agree to the confidentiality exception.
