摘 要:目的探讨泌尿外科临床技能教学中采用SBME联合微格教学模式的应用效果。方法将2018年3月—2019年3月在教学中心进行规范化培训的62名规培学员随机分成观察组(31例)与对照组(31例),对照组采用传统临床技能教学模式,观察组采用SBME联合微格教学模式进行临床技能教学,规培结束前对考核成绩及教学综合评价认同度的情况进行观察。结果观察组学生泌尿外科临床技能多项考核成绩均明显高于对照组;在提高学习兴趣、课堂氛围、知识重点掌握、临床操作能力、团队协作能力方面,观察组的评价认同度明显高于对照组,两组结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在本期的泌尿外科技能教学中,应用SBME联合微格教学模式效果良好,有助于提高规培学员多项临床能力,对于改善泌尿外科教学质量有积极的作用。Objective To explore the application effect of SBME combined with Micro-teaching mode in clinical teaching of urology.Methods 62 cases of medical standardized training students who practiced in our center from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases).The control group used the traditional clinical teaching mode,and the observation group used the SBME combined with Micro-teaching mode,and the results and identification were observed.Results The clinical-related assessment scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group;In terms of improving learning interest,classroom atmosphere,knowledge mastery,clinical operational ability and team cooperation,the identification rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In this period of urology practice teaching,SBME combined with Micro-teaching mode has a good effect,which is helpful to improve students’clinical ability and the quality of urology teaching.
