基于现代学徒制的高职旅游人才创新培养

摘　　要：高等职业院校传统的旅游人才培养模式已无法满足现代旅游行业快速发展对人才的需求。如何培养出高素质、技能型旅游人才满足当代社会经济的发展是一个亟待探索的课题。现代学徒制作为深化产教融合、推进校企合作的有效途径,利用校企两种资源实现校企双主体育人,改革人才培养方案、构建工学结合课程体系、提升“双导师队伍”、建立动态考核评价机制、落实现代学徒制课程教学改革,创新旅游人才培养,立德树人,对提高旅游管理人才的职业素养和综合素质、提升旅游人才的可持续发展能力具有重要意义。Due to the restriction of internal and external factors,the traditional training mode of tourism talents in higher vocational colleges has been unable to meet the demand of talents for the rapid development of modern tourism industry.How to cultivate high-quality skilled tourism talents to meet the development of contemporary social economy is an urgent issue to explore.Modern apprenticeship is an effective way to deepen the integration of production and education and promote the cooperation between school and enterprise.It uses the two resources of school and enterprise to realize school-enterprise dual principal,in order to reform the talent training scheme,construct the curriculum system of school-enterprise combination,enhance the“dual tutor team”,establish the dynamic evaluation mechanism,implement the teaching reform of modern apprenticeship course,innovate the training of tourism talents in morality and talents cultivation.It is of great significance to improve the professional quality and comprehensive quality of tourism management talents,thus enhance their sustainable development ability.
