摘 要:在高校混合教学模式下,开展多样化的教学方式。原有的在线教学互动策略,只重新建设教师队伍,加强师生之间的互动,但该因素只是影响在线教学互动效果的其中一个因素,策略实施后师生之间的互动性并不强烈,师生互动次数也没有明显增加,因此研究基于激励的在线教学互动策略。该策略根据预先提取的在线教学互动影响因素,结合激励原则,完善教师队伍、创建教学课堂,通过改变学生学习观念,设置多样化的在线教学互动策略,实现师生之间的交流与互动。调查结果显示:与原有的在线教学互动策略相比,应用此次研究的互动策略后,学生的学习热情高涨,互动策略总体提升了近1倍。由此可见,在高校混合教学模式下,此次研究的互动策略更具有教学意义。Under the mixed teaching mode in Colleges and universities, diversified teaching methods should be carried out.The original online teaching interaction strategy only reconstructs the teacher team and strengthens the interaction between teachers and students, but this factor is only one of the factors that affect the effect of online teaching interaction. After the implementation of the strategy, the interaction between teachers and students is not strong, and the number of interaction between teachers and students has not increased significantly. Therefore, this paper studies the online teaching interaction strategy based on motivation. According to the pre extracted factors of online teaching interaction, combined with the incentive principle, the strategy improves the teaching team, creates teaching classes, and realizes the communication and interaction between teachers and students by changing students’ learning concept and setting diversified online teaching interaction strategies. The survey results show that: compared with the original online teaching interactive strategy, the application of the interactive strategy in this study, students’ learning enthusiasm is high, and the interactive strategy has increased nearly twice. It can be seen that under the mixed teaching mode in colleges and universities, the interactive strategy of this study has more teaching significance.
