浅析团体心理辅导在大学班级建设中的应用

摘　　要：目前,大学班级普遍存在的问题是缺乏集体凝聚力,异性之间的相处和交往呈现出两极分化的特点,学生之间相互深入的交流较少。因此,组织团体心理咨询活动对于增强大学班级凝聚力,推进高校班级建设十分重要。团体心理咨询可以从以下四个方面促进高校班级建设:开展主题教育、帮助班级学生突破成长的困难、处理特殊班级事件、处理特殊学生的问题。At present,the common problem in university classes is the lack of collective cohesion,the relationship and communication between opposite sexes show the characteristics of polarization,and there is less in-depth communication between students.Therefore,organizing group psychological counseling activities is very important for enhancing the cohesion of college classes and promoting the construction of college classes.Group psychological counseling can promote the construction of university classes in four aspects:carrying out theme education,helping students break through the difficulties of growth,dealing with special class incidents,and dealing with students'special problems.
