摘　　要：随着产业结构调整和产业发展,国家为高职院校专业建设赋予了新的使命,要求建设高水平专业群,引领产业发展、服务区域经济和国家发展战略,专业群人才培养要紧贴区域人才需求。文章从专业群建设理论、课程体系设计方面进行分析,强调要培养个性化、差异化和创新型人才,需要在课程体系中引入任选模块,并对任选模块学分转换的必要性、可行性以及实施路径进行了探讨,提出了专业群学分转换机制的基本原则与参考标准。With the adjustment of industrial structure and the industrial development, the state has assigned a new mission to the professional construction of higher vocational colleges, which requires the construction of high-level professional groups to lead the industrial development, serve the regional economy and national development strategy and cultivate talents that meet the talent demand. This paper analyzes the theory of professional group construction and the design of curriculum system, emphasizes that in order to cultivate personalized, differentiated and innovative talents, it is necessary to introduce optional module into the curriculum system and discuss the necessity, feasibility and implementation path of optional module credit conversion, and puts forward the basic principles and reference standards of the conversion mechanism of professional group credit.
