摘  要:针对学科竞赛辅导在培养应用型人才方面的现状及存在的不足,结合实际提出"教赛相融"的教学模式,即遵循惠及全体学生、促进素质提升、推动内涵发展的原则,通过搭建综合实践、资源开放、自主探究、校企合作平台,切实树立两个闭环理念、优化竞赛管理模式、完善校内激励机制的保障。力求通过完善学科竞赛的备赛方法,提升教学水平,提高应用型人才培养质量。Discipline competition plays an important role in the cultivation of talents in applied uni-versities. The paper combined with the actual situations puts forward the teaching mode of"combinationof teaching and contests"in view of the status quo and weakness of discipline competition in the cultiva-tion of applied talents. The mode follows the principles in targeting to train students, promoting students’ quality, and enhancing the connotation development. By establishing the platform in comprehensive prac-tice, open resources, independent exploration, and university-enterprise cooperation, the two closed-loopconcepts can be set up, the mode of competitation management can be optimized, and the guarantee ofschool inner incentive mechanism can be perfected. It strives to improve the teaching level and quality ofapplied talents through the improvement in the preparation method of discipline competition.
