摘 要:目的:了解高年级医学生批判性思维、同理心和坚毅之间的关系,为医学教育改革提供参考。方法:于2020年4月,通过问卷星系统,采用加利福尼亚批判性思维倾向调查量表、杰弗逊同理心量表医学生版、12项坚毅量表对504名大四医学生进行问卷调查。结果:医学生加利福尼亚批判性思维倾向调查量表分数为(272.72±29.03),男生在加利福尼亚批判性思维倾向调查量表量表总分(Z=-2.978,P=0.003)及开放思想(Z=-3.920,P<0.001)、认知成熟度(Z=-3.683,P<0.001)两个维度上低于女生,在自信心(Z=-2.517,P=0.012)维度上高于女生,差异具有统计学意义。高年级医学生批判性思维及各维度与同理心和坚毅呈负相关;坚毅可以直接对高年级医学生批判性思维产生正向预测作用,也可以通过同理心间接影响批判性思维。结论:高年级医学生同理心在批判性思维和坚毅之间起中介效应。医学院校应有针对性的开展教育。Objective: To explore the relationship among critical thinking, empathy and grit in senior medical students, and to provide reference for medical education reform. Methods:504 senior medical students were selected, and they were investigated with Chinese version of critical thinking disposition inventory(CTDI-CV), Jefferson Empathy Scale for medical students(JSPE-S) and 12-Item Grit Scale though Wenjuanxing in April 2020. Results: The results showed that the scores of CTDI-CV for senior medical students was(272.72±29.03),the scores of CTDI-CV(Z=-2.978, P=0.003) and open mind(Z=-3.920, P<0.001), cognitive maturity(Z=-3.683, P<0.001) with senior male medical students were significantly lower than senior female medical students, but self-confidence(Z=-2.517, P=0.012) male students significantly higher than female. The difference was statistically significant. The critical thinking and various dimensions of senior medical students were negatively related to empathy and perseverance. Perseverance could directly predict the critical thinking of senior medical students, and it could also indirectly affect the critical thinking of senior medical students. Conclusion: Empathy plays a mediating role between critical thinking and grit among senior medical students and medical universities should carry out proper education.
