摘 要:目的探讨Seminar结合情景模拟教学法在临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年11月在该院开展实习的60名实习生作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组30名(传统带教方式);观察组30名(Seminar结合情景模拟教学法)。对比两组的教学效果、教学满意度。结果两组实习生理论考核、技能考核成绩评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组实习生对教学满意度分别为73.33%、96.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在提高交流合作水平、激发学习兴趣、活跃课堂气氛、培养问题解决能力的教学评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过将Seminar结合情景模拟教学法应用临床教学中,能够有效提高带教老师的教学质量,增强实习生的思维能力,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the application effect of Seminar combined with situational simulation teaching method in clinical teaching.Methods The 60 interns who carried out internships in the hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the lottery method,they were divided into control group 30(traditional teaching method);observation group 30(Seminar combined scenario simulation teaching method).Compared the teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results The two groups of interns had statistically significant differences in the theoretical assessment and skill assessment scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns was 73.33%and 96.67%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's teaching scores in improving the level of communication and cooperation,stimulating learning interest,enlivening the classroom atmosphere,and cultivating problem-solving skills were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Seminar combined with situational simulation teaching method in clinical teaching can effectively improve the teaching quality of teachers,enhance the thinking ability of interns,and have high clinical application value.
