摘　　要：通过对高校心理委员选拔、管理、考评、培养和监控方面现状的分析,提出相应培育优化建议,为高校心理委员制度建设提供思路,以期进一步发挥心理委员在高校心理健康教育中的重要作用。Through the analysis of the status quo in the selection,management,evaluation,training and monitoring of psychological committee members in colleges and universities,the corresponding cultivation and optimization suggestions are put forward to provide ideas for the construction of the psychological committee system in colleges and universities,in order to further exert the important role of psychological committee members in psychological health education in colleges and universities.
