河北省省级中小学名师工作室现状调查与反思

摘　　要：为加快全省骨干教师队伍建设,探索建立优秀教师培养机制,2017年河北省启动省级中小学名师工作室建设工作。名师工作室运行一年后,在省教育厅领导指导下,河北民族师范学院对其分布及运行现状进行调查。调查基础上,对名师工作室的性质、主持人的素养结构、工作室运行制度提出反思建议。In order to speed up the building of cadre teacher team,as well as to explore the training mechanism of excellent teachers,Hebei Province started the construction of provincial masters studio in primary and secondary schools in 2017.One year later,under the guidance of the provincial education department,research team from Hebei Normal University for Nationalities investigated its operation status.On the basis of the investigation,the author puts forward some suggestions on the nature of the masters studio,the quality structure of the host and the operation system of the studio.
