摘  要:高职教师不仅肩负着培养专业化高级技能型人才的重任,还承担着传承技能的重要职责。在知识经济和信息化时代,高职教师必须紧密围绕市场的需求,学习并传承先进的理论知识和操作技能,因而继续教育与技能提升是伴随高职教师职业发展的终身使命。在“三教”改革新时代背景下,丰富高职教师继续教育与技能提升的具体内涵,剖析其理念与现状,在遵循高职教育规律和教师发展规律基础上着重探讨高职教师继续教育与技能提升的路径构建。Higher vocational teachers shoulder the responsibility of training professional and advanced skilled talents,as well as undertake the important responsibility of inheriting skills.In the knowledge economy and information age,higher vocational teachers must closely focus on the needs of the market,learn and inherit advanced theoretical knowledge and operational skills.Therefore,continuing education and skills-upgrading are the lifelong missions of higher vocational teachers'career development.Under the background of the new era of"three education reforms",we should enrich the specific connotation of continuing education and skills-upgrading of higher vocational teachers,analyze the concept and current situation,mainly discuss the path construction of continuing education and skills-upgrading of higher vocational teachers on the basis of following the laws of higher vocational education and the laws of teacher development.
