大学生自主学习中辅导员“边缘化”的原因及对策

摘　　要：促进大学生自主学习是大学生提高自我学习能力的有效手段之一。但是,部分高校辅导员却因为思想认识的不到位、专业背景的不一致、自身经验的缺乏和资源的短缺等原因逐渐在大学生自主学习中被"边缘化",也导致了大学生在自主学习中自我教育作用不足的后果。大学生自主学习中辅导员要回归"本位",必须纠正自己的思想认识、提高自身自主学习的素养,另外高校也要鼓励辅导员参与教学管理,并认可辅导员指导大学生自主学习的工作量。To promote college students’ independent learning is one of the effective means to increase their workload. However, some college counselors are gradually "marginalized" in the independent learning due to inadequate ideological understanding, inconsistent professional background, lack of experience and shortage of resources, which also leads to the result that college students play an insufficient role in nurturing themselves. In order to restore the "standard", the counselors must correct their own ideological understanding and improve their own independent learning quality. In addition, universities should also encourage them to participate in teaching management, and recognize the workload of the counselors guiding the students’ independent learning.
