基于职业导向的《前厅与客房管理》课程实践教学模式探究

摘　　要：在社会经济现代化发展的整体环境下,各行业对应用型人才的需求量不断加大,《前厅与客房管理》课程教学是职业导向下实现酒店前厅部、客房部高素质应用型专业人才培养的主要渠道,对于优化相关专业学生的专业技能起到良好的促进作用。职业导向式教学是当下高等学校实践教学中经常采用的教学手段,对于激发学生学习兴趣、提高专业技能、提升综合职业能力等具有显著作用。本文主要对该实践教学模式下的教学现状与教学方法及改进策略进行分析,以期能够提高教学质量,不断提升学生的专业能力与职业水平。In the overall environment of the development of social and economic modernization,the demand for application-oriented talents in various industries is increasing.The teaching of"front office and room management"course is the main channel to realize the cultivation of high-quality application-oriented professional talents in hotel front office and room department under the occupation guidance,which plays a good role in promoting the optimization of professional skills of relevant majors.Career oriented teaching is a teaching method often used in practice teaching in Colleges and universities.It plays a significant role in stimulating students'interest in learning,improving professional skills and improving comprehensive professional ability.This paper mainly analyzes the current teaching situation,teaching methods and improvement strategies of the practical teaching mode,in order to improve the teaching quality and constantly improve the professional ability and professional level of students.
