摘  要:针对远程教育学习者存在学习基础薄弱、自学能力欠缺、自控能力不足、自主学习时间不定,教育者存在配置不合理、沟通渠道不畅、个体发展受限等问题,通过组建“经济数学基础”网络核心课程教学团队进行课程教学改革,对教学团队组建实施前后的学员学习积极性、学习成绩等进行前后对比分析,探索有效落实教学过程的教学团队运行模式。结果显示,基于混合学习模式下网络课程教学团队能有效发挥团队教师的潜力,对落实教学过程和有效促进学习者学习具有重要的作用。The network course teaching team based on the blended learning mode can efficiently exert the potential of teachers.In addition,it plays an important role in implementing the teaching process and effectively promoting learners'learning.At first,some problems in terms of learners including the weak learning foundation,the lack of self-learning ability,the lack of self-control ability and the uncertain time for self-learning,and some problems of educators such as the unreasonable allocation,poor communication channels and the limited individual development were found in the survey of the status quo of distance education.In this case,the network course teaching team was established to carry out the teaching reform.In this research,the learning initiatives,the learning achievements of learners before and after the establishment of our teaching team were compared and analyzed.Then the operating mode of teaching team to effectively implement the teaching process was explored and finally some existing shortcomings and corresponding measures were put forward.
