摘 要:目的探讨在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中应用PBL结合思维导图教学法的可行性和效果。方法选取2017年3月—2019年3月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院内分泌科参加住院医师规范化培训的医师28人,随机分为PBL结合思维导图组和传统教学组,其中14名医师运用PBL与思维导图相结合的方法,另外14名医师应用传统学习方法,学习糖尿病的临床诊疗和患教管理知识,学习期限为1~2个月,用出科考试的方法评估教学效果。结果PBL结合思维导图组与传统教学组之间年龄、性别等无明显差异。在出科考试评估时,PBL结合思维导图组的出科考试成绩、自我学习能力、临床思维、临床技能、学习兴趣、团队合作能力、医患沟通情况及总体满意度评估均显著高于传统教学组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论应用PBL与思维导图相结合的方法开展内分泌科住院医师临床教学活动,有助于规培医师更好地掌握糖尿病的相关知识,可显著提高规培医师的自主学习能力、临床思维能力,值得借鉴与尝试。Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of applying PBL combined with mind mapping teaching method in the standardized training of resident physicians in endocrinology department.Methods 28 doctors who participated in the standardized training of resident physicians in the department of endocrinology,Shengjing Hospital Affiliated of China Medical University from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected,randomly divided into PBL combined with mind mapping group and traditional teaching group,14 doctors used PBL combined with mind mapping,and the other 14 doctors applied traditional learning method to learn the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and the management knowledge of diabetes patients.The duration of study was 1~2 months.The teaching effect was evaluated by means of examination.Results There was no significant difference in age and gender between the PBL combined with mind mapping group and the traditional teaching group.In the assessment of examination,the scores of examination,selflearning ability,clinical thinking,clinical skills,learning interest,teamwork ability,doctor-patient communication and overall satisfaction evaluation of PBL combined with mind mapping group were significantly higher than those of traditional teaching group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with mind mapping method for clinical teaching of resident physicians in endocrinology department helps the doctors to better master the relevant knowledge of diabetes,and greatly enhances the resident physicians'self-learning ability and clinical thinking ability.It is worth learning and trying.
