摘　　要：文学翻译是一种具有约束性和局限性的语言艺术活动。"译意"和"译艺"构成文学翻译活动两个根本要求。译者唯有在同时完成"译意"和"译艺"的情况下,才能使文学翻译的结果成为翻译文学。这一目标的实现,则需要译者同时扮演好译者与作者的双重角色,在翻译与写作之间寻求恰当的平衡,使得所译作品既有原著之种种原生美,又有译著之种种新生美,转化为另一种语言文化中的原著。Literary translation is a kind of art characterized by self-restrained rewriting.Translating both content and artistic beauty of the original work constitutes two fundamental requirements for literary translation.Thus,only when the two elements are at once included in the translated version,can it be qualified to become a literary work.In the process of translation,the translator needs to combine translating and writing and balance them well.A version with the integrated artistic beauties in the original work and its own will become a new work with its own originality.
