摘　　要：通过引进若干参数,构造了一个分式型半离散齐次核函数,由此建立一个一般形态的Hilbert型不等式。利用余切函数的部分分式展开,给出了新构建不等式常数因子的余切函数表示,并证明这一常数因子是最佳的。另外,赋予结论中参数不同的数值,文末还给出了一些特殊形式的不等式。By introducing several parameters,a fractional half-discrete homogeneous kernel function is constructed,and a general form of Hilbert-type inequality is established.By using the partial fraction expansion of cotangent function,the cotangent function representation of the constant factor of the newly constructed inequality is given,and the constant factor is proved to be optimal.In addition,some special inequalities are obtained by assigning different values to the parameters at the end of the paper.
