数据分析素养发展的历史脉络与经验启示

摘　　要：数据分析素养是《普通高中数学课程标准(2017年版)》提出的六大数学学科核心素养之一,具有显著的时代特征。自新中国成立以来,数据分析在课程标准(教学大纲)中经历了由统计初步知识到数据处理能力,再到数据分析素养的演变过程。将其发展过程大致分为数据分析的知识与技能、观念与能力、素养三个阶段,阐述数据分析素养在不同阶段的发展特征,为数据分析素养在数学教材、教师教学、学生学习和质量监测四个方面的发展提供参考。The competency of data analysis is one of the six core competencies of mathematics subject proposed tn General Senirr High School Curriculum Standards:Maihemaiirr(2017 Edition^),highlighting the characteristics of current situation.Since the founding of the People,s Republic of China tn 1949,the requirement about data analysis has evolved from mastering statistical preliminary knowledge to getting data processing ability and then to cultivating the data processing competency in the curriculum standards(outlines).This development process can be divided into three stages:knowledge-oriented,ability-oriented and competency-oriented.By elaborating features of different stages,the influence of data analysis competency to mathematics textbooks,mathematics teaching,student learning and quality monitoring will be unveiled.
