摘  要:教师的教育权力是教师充分利用自身的资源和专业素养,促进学生健康发展,充分享有受教育权利的一种影响力,其本质并非是具有强制性质的行政权力。因此,将教师的教育权力作为一种强制性权力是明显的认识误区。随着社会发展,传统的强制服从式的教育权力范式已日渐衰微,其存在的社会条件已经丧失,社会环境的变迁和教育民主理念的更新需要教师教育权力从强制服从向引导合作范式的转型。这一现代转型要求教师重新审视自身的社会角色,准确厘定自身的教育权力,采取有效的引导合作策略,重新彰显教师的教育权力,才能保障学生充分享受受教育权利。Teacher education right is a kind of impact that teachers make full use of their own resources and professional qualities to promote the healthy development of students,and enjoy education right fully.In essence,teacher education right is not mandatory administrative one.Therefore,it is an obvious misunderstanding to regard teachers’educational right as a kind of mandatory one.With the development of society,the pattern of traditional mandatory education right has been declining,and the social condition of its existence has been lost.In modern society,the practice of teachers’education right needs to realize the transformation from mandatory to guiding cooperation.This modern transformation requires teachers to examine their own social role again,determine their own educational right accurately,adopt effective guidance and cooperation strategies,and highlight teachers’educational right,In order that students’education right will be ensured.
