摘 要:本文在制造业绿色发展背景下,以“绿色和谐观”为视角,拓展了绿色人力资源管理的内涵,将生态、心态和人态因素纳入新的研究层面,构建了制造企业绿色和谐的测量维度,并对制造企业绿色人力资源管理的作用机制进行了实证研究。研究发现:(1)绿色人力资源管理实践显著正向影响制造企业绿色和谐。(2)绿色组织文化和绿色招聘选拔更能直接促进制造企业绿色和谐。(3)绿色人力资源管理各项实践相互配合支持制造企业绿色和谐。本文识别、分析和验证了绿色人力资源管理实践对制造企业绿色和谐的影响作用,并对制造企业如何有效实施绿色人力资源管理以实现绿色和谐提出了对策建议。Under the background of green development of manufacturing industry,from the perspective of“green harmony concept”,this paper expands the connotation of green human resource management,brings ecology,mentality and human factors into the new research level,constructs the measurement dimension of green harmony of manufacturing enterprises,and makes an empirical study on the mechanism of green human resource management of manufacturing enterprises.The study found that:(1)the practice of green human resource management has a significant positive impact on the green harmony of manufacturing enterprises.(2)Green organizational culture and green recruitment can more directly promote the green harmony of manufacturing enterprises.(3)The practices of green human resource management cooperate with each other to support the green harmony of manufacturing enterprises.This paper identifies,analyzes and verifies the impact of green human resource management practice on green harmony in manufacturing enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to effectively implement green human resource management in manufacturing enterprises to achieve green harmony.
