摘　　要：OBE(Outcome-based Education)是一种关注学习成果和效果的教育模式,重视培养学生适应社会和未来发展的综合能力。文章基于OBE教育理念,根据目前社会对复合应用型高技术农业人才的需求,围绕农学专业培养目标、教师队伍建设、教学内容及方式、教学考核评价等方面展开相关论述,提出了相关的改进建议,探究了农学专业创新应用型人才的培养模式。OBE(Outcome-based Education)is a kind of educational model which pays attention to the orientation of learning achievement and the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability to adapt to society and future development.Based on the OBE model and in view of the social demand for compound applied high-tech agricultural talents,this paper discusses the training objectives of agricultural talents,the construction of teachers,the course content and teaching methods,and the evaluation system of teaching.This paper focuses on the corresponding improvement suggestions,and gives a constructive scheme of the culture method of innovative applied talents in agronomy specialty.
